The personal stories of those who have lived through genocide are often overlooked in the telling of history. This conference will provide teachers with solid theoretical and practical information on the use of recorded oral history to teach the Holocaust and other genocides. Presenters include: Dr. Kori Street, Director of Programs, USC Shoah Foundation; Dr. Steven High, Canada Research Chair in Public History, Concordia University; Dr. Monique Eckmann, Professor HETS, Geneva.
