The Educational Consultant works within the Bronfman Jewish Education Centre of Federation CJA to help build the resiliency of our children and teens in our Jewish Day School System. This position will implement an action plan to enhance Jewish identity and Israel education and advocacy. The successful candidate will also be working with school-based consultants, teachers of K to Sec V, and special education coordinators.

The Campus Marketing & Communications Coordinator, through imminent and strategic work will help to establish a framework and process to improve, create, and execute all Federation CJA on Campus communications. The coordinator is responsible to work with the crisis management team and FCJA marketing for implementing Campus Marketing & Communication Strategy.

The incumbent is directly responsible for the safeguard, patrol and monitoring of the Cummings buildings and premises. 

As the Senior Engagement Manager, you are an incredibly charismatic engager who loves walking into a room with the purpose of meeting new people and building relationships. You love empowering teams of professionals whose mandate is to engage with different networks in our community and building programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a sense of belonging and participation within our Jewish Community and Federation CJA. Drawing upon your expertise in engagement and leadership, you'll serve as a driving force behind our various initiatives, weaving them into a cohesive tapestry of community involvement. You will also be responsible for identifying funding opportunities that are aligned with Federation CJA’s strategies for the under 40-year-old cohort.
