A free Israel adventure for young Jewish adults. Birthright Israel powered by Federation CJA offers life-changing educational trips to Israel for young Jewish adults between the ages of 18 to 26 and, in doing so, transforming the Jewish future.

Federation CJA GenMTL’s Honeymoon Israel offers couples the opportunity to travel to Israel together on a once-in-a-lifetime journey. Honeymoon Israel is geared toward couples who may not have a strong connection to the Jewish community or to Jewish life. Spend nine exhilarating, romantic, and memorable days exploring Israel with your partner while building friendship and community with other couples from Montreal!

The Montreal March of the Living Trip (MOL) is a 14-day educational program, which brings grade 11 students to Poland and Israel in early May. This experiential trip teaches about Jewish European life before the war, the Holocaust, the creation of the State of Israel, and promotes Jewish identity development.

The Journey of Hope (JOH) is a 10-day educational program, which brings students to Poland and Israel at the end of May. This experiential trip teaches about Jewish European life before the war, the Holocaust, the creation of the State of Israel, and promotes Jewish identity development. This trip is open to Montrealer’s who are currently in Cegep or University (in Montreal or out of town) and between 18-22 years of age.

An Israel summer experience for teens nurtures and strengthens a long-lasting connection and commitment to Israel and Jewish life. Federation CJA offers GOTEEN ISRAEL vouchers to Jewish Teens in Montreal in Grades 9 – 11 to ensure that more teens can experience Israel firsthand. To obtain the voucher, eligible teens will register for the GOTEEN ISRAEL voucher for a 21-day trip to Israel with one of our partner trip providers. You may also be eligible for additional GOTEEN ISRAEL grants including the Dalfen Fellows Teen Israel Leadership Initiative, access funding, and the RootOne voucher. (more)
