Jewish Federations of North America respond to the death of George Floyd
In response to the recent killing of an unarmed black man in Minneapolis that sparked protests worldwide, JFNA writes: "We share in the heartbreak, pain and sorrow provoked by his loss and the loss of many others through sordid acts of hate and bigotry… We will stand and fight for a world free of racism and bigotry in all of its forms."

The MJM (a grantee of Federation CJA) had been located at the Duluth Street intersection for four years; despite abruptly losing their lease, they are hopeful they'll eventually be able to open up in a new space.
