Description:

On Fridays from September 16 - October 21, for 6 sessions, the Cummings Centre is launching two walking clubs. Walking club is an in-person outdoor fitness class that will include a group warm-up, walking and various strength training intervals, followed by a group cooldown and stretch, all in the beautiful locations of Hampstead Park or park René Lévesque in Lachine. https://cummingscentre.org/course-detail/?course_id=18048
