From October 13 to November 10, the Cummings Centre is excited to launch an online series exploring the six operas which had a major effect geopolitically and socially and changed the world - not only the world of music. On October 13, participants will explore Orfeo ed Eurydice (Gluck) and Le Nozze di Figaro (Mozart). On October 27, participants will explore Don Carlos (Verdi) and Boris Godounov (Mussorgsky). On November 10, participants will explore Carmen (Bizet) and Peter Grimes (Britten).
