Description:

When we play or sing an unplanned musical phrase, we are improvising. The act of creating spontaneous music can be helpful for those living with mental health issues in ways that may surprise us. Accredited music therapist Andy MacDonald will give an interactive presentation on what 'musicking' is, and how to incorporate more of it into our lives. He will then open up the inclusive presentation for a music-making component.
