This 6-week music therapy program will explore a range of interventions to help support any interested participant in their wellness journey. Across the program we will engaged in active music making and receptive musical experiences to deepen our understandings of ourselves, our needs, and our health. This program is open to anyone with an interest in participating in group music therapy. No musical experience is necessary.
