Montreal – February 13, 2023 – Federation CJA is excited to announce the launch a new podcast series featuring its President and CEO, Yair Szlak. The Federation CJA 360 Podcast is being dubbed as The Pulse of Montreal’s Jewish Community. The monthly show will focus on contemporary and newsworthy priority issues as they relate to the Montreal and Quebec Jewish communities. As well, the show will deal with Canadian, International and Israeli issues and perspectives as they relate to Montreal.

In each episode, Yair sits down with interesting guests, including community leaders, experts, and influencers, to discuss topics such as Jewish identity, Israel, anti-Semitism, Holocaust education, Jewish education, summer camps, ageing, Israel at 75 and philanthropy. The podcast features in-depth interviews and roundtable discussions on current events and their impact on the Jewish community.

Szlak will be joined by Federation CJA’s Director of Media Relations, Glenn J. Nashen, in delivering this informative monthly program. The Federation CJA 360 Podcast aims to provide a platform for meaningful and thought-provoking conversations that will inform and inspire listeners. We believe that this podcast will serve as an important resource for anyone looking to stay informed and engaged with the Jewish community,” Nashen said. “The first episode is now available for streaming on all major platforms. The podcast is on Apple, Google, Spotify, YouTube and all popular podcast sites.

The podcast is in English and a French language version is being planned.
