Montreal – November 2, 2022 – Federation CJA will honour the Montreal Jewish community’s soldiers, in person, at this year’s Remembrance Day Ceremony.

“On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, we are united with one heart and purpose: honouring our community’s fallen soldiers,” said Yair Szlak, President and CEO of Federation CJA. “We are pleased to unite in person, once again, and to mark this solemn day on the calendar.”

The event will pay tribute to all those we have lost and to pray for the safe return of those who are still risking their lives on a daily basis so that we can live freely.

The commemoration is open to the public and will take place Friday November 11th, 10:30 am at the Baron de Hirsch Cemetery, Military Section, 5015 de la Savane, in Montréal.
