  • Intake is the principle professional entry point to accessing services in Ometz. Intake worker III provides assessment, crisis intervention, short-term intervention, advocacy and referrals to identified services as well as coordination of a range of psychosocial and concrete services to vulnerable members of the Jewish community with complex multi-problem family situations, with the goal of enhancing individual and family functioning. (more)

  • Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors
  • The Human Resources Generalist coordinates all Human Resources activities as they relate to the agency. More specifically, the incumbent provides guidance and resources to managers with respect to recruitment, onboarding and orientation, performance management, professional development and compensation processes. The Generalist also liaises closely with the HR services of Federation CJA with respect to employee relations, HRIS, payroll and benefits administration. (more)

  • Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives is responsible for the development and implementation of short and long term business strategies as they relate to the future health and revenue growth of the organization. This encompasses financial resource development (FRD) and the overall expansion of the Sylvan Adams YM-YWHA (Y) strategic business areas based on our agency’s 2015 Strategic Plan.
