  • Under the supervision of the Vice President Finance and Administration, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing, coordinating, executing and overseeing all aspects of building operations. This includes the management of the facilities, equipment and infrastructure, the planning and oversite of all maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, and security, the hiring and supervision of outside contractors, the administration of leases and tenant relations, the planning and budgeting of capital expenditures, and responsibility for managing the facilities budget. (more)
