Community Crisis Response Fund Intake Form for Jewish Organizations

The goal of this form is to assess your Jewish organization’s eligibility for The Community Crisis Response Fund, a joint partnership between the Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal and Federation CJA.

This fund is intended to support our local community’s Jewish organizations in the work that is being done to help keep our community’s vulnerable members safe and healthy during these times. These grants are not to support regular business activities or operations (salaries, advertising, etc.), but rather specific initiatives which you are doing to directly help your constituents amidst the pandemic (delivering food baskets, pharmaceuticals, providing financial aid, etc.). 

Each Jewish organization is eligible to receive up to $5000 of funding. In order to receive funds, you must be a registered charity / not-for-profit.
