Job Summary


The Donor Services of Federation CJA plays a crucial role in enhancing the donor experience and promotes the mission of Federation CJA through exceptional service and support.
As an engaged and active member of the team, the Representative is responsible for accurate data management, timely gift processing, and efficient communications with constituent. More specifically, the coordinator processes incoming donations, updates donor records, facilitate issuance of tax receipts and responds to inquiries.

Type of Position: Regular Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities


• Data management: Maintain comprehensive donor records within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Gift Management: Oversee accurate gift entry (pledges, payments, statements, and receipts) from diverse channels (checks, cash, electronic transfers, and credit cards).
• C¬¬onstituent communications: Central point for all incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence)
• Drive improvements in donations processing systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the issuance of donor acknowledgments and charitable receipts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments across the organization to facilitate seamless donation processing workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to stay informed and contribute effectively.
• Organize and manage vital information and documents in both physical and electronic formats.

Education, Knowledge and Skills


• Bachelor’s degree required with 2-3 years of work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong computer skills.
• Experience with a CRM system is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Must be willing to work overtime as necessary.
• Availability for occasional weekend work may be required.
