The March of the Living (MOL) is a two-week educational program, which brings Grade 11 students to Poland and Israel in April/May. This experiential trip teaches about Jewish European life before the war, the Holocaust and the creation of the State of Israel, and promotes Jewish identity development.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing uncertainty around the pandemic and international group travel, Federation CJA is making the difficult yet responsible decision not to hold an MOL program in 2021. We are, however, exploring the possibility of offering a similar experience to Grade 11 students in 2022 and potentially a trip for CEGEP students who missed out on their MOL 2020 or 2021 experience. We do not have any details about any future programming at this time.
