P2G Grants are awarded to programs with an emphasis on Jewish identity building, that facilitate a direct connection between the Montreal community and Beer Sheva / Bnei Shimon. (more) |
![]() | Federation CJA collaborates with non-profit organizations by providing them with funding to support direct poverty relief and social service initiatives for members of the Jewish Community in Montreal. The Community Grants envelope is funded through allocable dollars of the Federation CJA Campaign. Affiliated agencies are not eligible for these grants. (more) |
![]() | Federation CJA provides non-profit organizations with funding to support services for individuals with disabilities, and ensure their participation in Montreal Jewish communal life. This funding is made available to promote the recognition and validation of non-profit, community-based, often grassroots, organizations whose mandate includes serving a segment of the Jewish population of Montreal, developing a sense of communal bond and shared responsibility between Federation CJA and these organizations. These grants will provide funding for innovative programs and projects that connect the Montreal Jewish youth and young adult population to Jewish life in ways that are relevant and meaningful to them. ![]() | Federation CJA has been a proud partner in the development of Beer Sheva and Bnei Shimon since 1998. Negev Growth Grants are funded through allocable dollars of the FCJA Campaign. For the 2016-2018 funding cycle, Federation CJA grants are awarded to new projects in Beer Sheva and the Bnei Shimon Regional Council that promote quality of life in the following three areas: Arts, culture and creativity as an impetus for the development of public space (Creative Place-Making) Wellness and Healthy Lifestyles STE(A)M (Scientific+Creative) Education (more) |
![]() | Federation CJA’s Generations Fund CAPS Program is designed to provide access to our Jewish Day Schools. By freezing annual tuition from Kindergarten through grade 6 and Secondary 1 through 5, the program gives more Jewish children the opportunity to take advantage of a high standard of educational excellence, as well as a strong Judaic-based curriculum while providing parents with long term reassurance that Jewish day school affordability is here to stay.
