The Cummings Centre presents The Wellness Project Returns instructed by various teachers. In this 6 part mini series, come and explore different ways you may be able to work more productively through your stress. We will learn about the science of stress and each week we will encounter a different medium to help work through and release stress. Explore how fitness, art, music, and writing can offer ways to help you cope with stress in healthier ways. This course will run every Thursday from 3:30-5 pm starting November 4th, 2021, until December 9th, 2021. Cost is $60 for members exclusively.
