What role did Canada play in the liberation of Bergen-Belsen and how do survivors remember this period? Join historian, Dr. Mark Celinscak who will present his book: “Distance from the Belsen Heap: Allied Forces and the Liberation of a Nazi Concentration Camp”. The presentation will be followed by a discussion with Steven Hopman, a Holocaust survivor who was imprisoned at Bergen-Belsen. Free Admission
