The Cummings Centre presents Boxing Interval Fitness for Parkinson’s instructed by Anne Newman. Exercise your cardio, coordination & strength with a series of 3 minute "rounds" of brain building boxing sequences, and lower body strengthening exercises. All that you need is some space, a water bottle and a chair. If standing for too long is an issue, you can also choose to do all the exercises seated. Boxing gloves are not required! This course will run every Thursday from 1:00-2:30 pm starting September 9th, 2021, until December 16th, 2021. Cost is $46 for members exclusively.
