A presentation of inspiring, educational and captivating works of art created by children, adults and Holocaust survivors during the groundbreaking “Colour My Journey” art series.
About “Colour My Journey”
For several weeks, parents and their children experienced memorable moments of painting and conversation with inspirational Holocaust survivors . Sessions were expertly-led by local artist, Sarena Miller, and the Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors Supervisor of Holocaust Services, Myra Giberovitch (M.S.W., P.S.W.). The focus was on the triumph of the human spirit: Holocaust Survivors shared life lessons and stories, and their determination to survive and rebuild.
