Legault government adopts IHRA definition of antisemitism
On Wednesday, the Government of Quebec announced its adoption of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism. This announcement is a major milestone in the fight against Jew-hatred and states in unambiguous terms that there is no room for antisemitism in any form in Quebec.

David Dushman, last surviving liberator of Auschwitz, dies at 98
Dushman helped free prisoners from the notorious Nazi concentration camp as a soldier for the Soviet Red Army in the Second World War. The president of the local Jewish community, Charlotte Knobloch, called Dushman the "Hero of Auschwitz" and said in a statement that he saved "countless lives."

JEM Workshop, Promo 21 team up, create work opportunities
As part of a program supported by Federation CJA's Mental Health and Isolation Reduction Grant, JEM Workshop, an adapted enterprise that provides packaging and fulfilment services, created branded T-shirts for their more than 75 workers as a token of appreciation for their hard work in collaboration with Promo 21, a custom printing company that employs 35 adults with special needs.
