Orthodox community raises $50,000 for family of Jersey City detective killed during deadly raid on kosher market
Detective Joseph Seals was shot by the assailants at a nearby cemetery shortly before they carried out the deadly attack at a kosher grocery store last Wednesday.

Canada upholds UN vote on Palestinian self-determination
Canada was sharply rebuked last month when it moved from its traditional No vote on a draft of the resolution, to supporting it; on Wednesday, it ratified its earlier vote at the UN General Assembly. Click here to sign the petition from Federation CJA's advocacy arm, CIJA, telling Prime Minister Trudeau: Canada must oppose UN resolutions aimed at isolating and demonizing Israel.

Prince Charles to visit Israel in January
The Prince of Wales plans to attend the World Holocaust Forum at Yad Vashem, at the invitation of President Reuven Rivlin; this will be the first time he undertakes engagements in Israel on behalf of the British government.
