Jewish groups dismayed as Montreal doesn't adopt antisemitism motion
Federation CJA and its advocacy agent, the Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), strongly advocated in favour of the city adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism, which would have been a powerful step in the fight against rising antisemitism.
