Jewish Leadership Recognition Awards

The Jewish Leadership Recognition Awards pay tribute to excellence in leadership and in programming – in our own community, and beyond. They are a way to say Kol Hakavod – and to give Kavod! – to those who have committed themselves to making a real difference in the lives of others.

Volunteers embody the spirit of Tikun Olam, a value that Federation CJA holds dear.  They add incalculable value to the Jewish communal enterprise – to our schools, shuls, health institutions, agencies, and most notably, to Federation CJA itself – and to the welfare of the greater Montreal community.

Among these countless volunteers – to whom we owe an immense debt of gratitude – there are those who step up to assume exceptional responsibilities; those who step up to lead. The Jewish Leadership Recognition Awards are about celebrating our volunteer leaders.  They are about recognizing those individuals who lead by example, the leaders who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty in service of our Jewish community, and in pursuit of the greater good.

The award winners inspire us to be the best that we can be, and then work alongside us to help us get there.  Federation CJA is deeply grateful for their contributions.
