Tikun Olam Volunteers is a hands-on volunteering experience that began with Women’s Philanthropy and has been embraced by the entire Federation, including the West Island. The idea behind TOV is that volunteers get a first-hand opportunity to help those who depend on Federation CJA and its family of agencies to improve the quality of their lives.
