Job Summary |
The Coordinator, FRD is responsible for the overall structuring and management of our donor database, the coordination of our fundraising events, and, in collaboration with the Director of FRD, for donor engagement, stewardship and recognition. |
Duties |
Database Management
• Structure and manage Donor Perfect database
• Strengthen and establish systems for fund tracking, analysis, reporting and donor information
• Develop and implement support and training for users
• Produce regular reports for senior management
Event Coordination
• Develop, implement and coordinate the logistics of fundraising events, special projects and direct mailings
• Work closely with marketing department to produce materials to support fundraising efforts
• Provide key data, information and analysis on past and upcoming events
Donor Relations
• Develop and implement processes addressing donor engagement, stewardship and recognition
• Develop and implement a social media strategy in relation to donor identification, acquisition and retention. |
Education, Knowledge and Skills |
• University degree in relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience including database management
• Demonstrated proficiency in social media
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Commitment to highest quality output
• Complete confidentiality and discretion, tact and poise, sound judgment
• Able to work in a fast-paced office |
