The MOL Coordinator is a full-time position requiring involvement both inside and outside the office. The MOL Coordinator is responsible for organizing the actual trip, from start to finish, as well as for providing an unforgettable and meaningful experience that will ultimately encourage young people to become more involved members in the community. Officer, Financial Resources Development

Under the Direction of the Executive Director, the FRD Officer is responsible for coordinating and carrying out a comprehensive and diversified financial resource development plan that includes, but not limited to an annual campaign; major gifts; special events; grant writing/proposals to government, corporations, foundations; membership and donor membership categories; planned giving (Legacy projects); capital campaign. Director, Ben Weider & West Island branches

As part of the senior management team, the Director will oversee the development and delivery of numerous programs and services targeted to meet the needs of our diverse community. The Branch Director manages the finances, personnel and administration of the Ben Weider and West Island locations; collaborates with respective Lay representatives and committees; The Director is equally involved in the Association’s internal initiatives. Group Fitness Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Health, Fitness, Recreation & Membership Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for all activities / programs related to the 85 Group Fitness classes per week. This includes the hiring, supervision and management of the Group Fitness instructors. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, in keeping with the YM-YWHA’s mission. (more)
