Andrea Daniels Rosenbloom

Andrea Daniels Rosenbloom graduated with a Bachelor in Economics degree from McGill University, where she also completed an integrated Common and Civil Law degree. As an attorney, she practiced banking and finance law at Lavery, DeBilly.

She is Secretary of the YM-YWHA Board of Directors and is a member of the Y’s Executive committee. She also currently chairs the Executive Search committee and the Security committee, co-chairs the Annual General Meeting committee and is a member of the Finance and Herzliah committees.

Past volunteer work includes chairing the Y’s Strategic Planning initiative and sitting on the CPE du YM-YWHA Board of Directors where she was President from 2005 to 2007. Her dedication to Jewish community service led her to be chosen for the Wexner Heritage Foundation program from which she graduated in 2009.

Deeply involved in community service, Andrea supports her children’s education and school by sitting on the Board of Directors of The Akiva School, which her three children attend. At Akiva, she chairs the Parent Education Committee and co-chairs the Akiva-ORT Gala Committee. She has also been President of the Akiva Parents’ Association and has co-chaired the Akiva Tuiton Assistance Committee, Donor Appreciation Evening and Annual Giving Campaign.

Andrea is married to Richard and has three children, Taylor, Ashley and James.
