THE AWARD FOR PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE I & II

These awards recognize exemplary performance by professionals of FEDERATION CJA or any of its affiliated agencies.

Nature of the award: An honorarium to assist each recipient to participate at a professional conference, selected in consultation with the agency Executive Director.

Eligibility - Professional Excellence I: Any full-time professional employee of FEDERATION CJA or one of its affiliated agencies who has worked for FEDERATION or the agency for more than 18 months and not more than 5 years. Nominees must give evidence of outstanding potential and commitment to the communal service field.

Eligibility - Professional Excellence II: A full-time professional employee of FEDERATION CJA or one of its affiliated agencies who has worked for more than 5 years and has demonstrated outstanding performance and commitment to the communal service field.

Nominations must be endorsed by the agency President and Executive Director.
